If you are not satisfied with your service, I will do everything to make it right. If you are still not satisfied, you can cancel at any time. If you have concerns about an application, I will come back and treat again if needed and/or discuss our options.

In the event that that you are unsatisfied with your last treatment, we ask that you call us and let us know as quickly as possible. I will either return and reapply that application at no additional charge or refund the full cost of your last application.

Dream Lawns is not responsible for damage that is out of its control, such as that caused by heat stress, lack of watering, or a lawn that’s been mowed too short.
