2. Services Provided Dream Lawns LLC offers weed control and fertilization services, including but not limited to:

Pre-emergent and post-emergent weed control

Fertilization for lawns

Customized treatment plans

3. Service Agreements

Scheduling: Services are scheduled based on mutual availability. We will notify you of the service date and time.

Access: You agree to provide us with access to the areas where services are to be performed.

Service Changes: Any changes to scheduled services must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Payment Terms

Pricing: Pricing for services will be provided in advance and is subject to change based on service requirements and market conditions.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of each individual treatment unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods of payment include credit/debit card (preferred) or Venmo/PayPal.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Property Conditions: Ensure that the property is free of obstacles and that pets and children are kept away from treated areas.

Accuracy of Information: Provide accurate information regarding the condition of your property and any special instructions.

7. Liability and Limitations

Service Quality: We strive to provide high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee results due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or soil conditions.

Liability: Our liability for any damages or losses resulting from our services is limited to the cost of the services provided.

8. Warranties

Limited Warranty: We offer a 14-21 day after service period warranty.  If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within the warranty period for a review and possible re-treatment.

Data Collection: We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is managed and protected.

10. Termination We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these Terms or if we are unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances.
